Artist Bio:

Ben Schuh earned degrees in fine art and graphic design in 2004. Driven by his love of painting and strong work ethic, Ben has focused his career as a professional painter and is pursuing opportunities to showcase his paintings. He lives and works in Des Moines, IA. Characterized by bold brushstrokes, distinct colors, and multiple layers, each work is one of a kind, offering the perfect compliment to any room. His paintings and drawings can be found in homes, offices, and private collections across the United States as well as in Canada and Europe. Schuh's personal motto is, "I am a painter. I am a marathoner. I paint to run. I run to paint. I live to do both."

Artist Statement:

I strive to communicate through bold saturated color and fast movement created through my brushwork. My subject matter and palette change, but the paint application is consistent.
