Artist Bio:

I am a metal smith M.F.A. in Design University of Kansas, showing and exhibiting for the past 25 years around the country. Native and current resident of extreme northwest Missouri, so extreme could be from all four states. The overall theme of my work animal imagery combines art history, world culture, and the funny papers.

Artist Statement:

Surface design is evident in my work using chasing and repouse to construct pieces from sheet and wire of sterling silver and bronze. Overall theme is animal imagery inspired by travel and movement derived from world cultures, art history, and cartoons.
