Artist Bio:
Born in Lincoln, NE and growing up in Omaha, I've always loved the outdoors. I've traveled the world, discovering and exploring new places, meeting and learning about new people and cultures. Through my photographs, I try to capture this beauty and share it with others.
Artist Statement:
Long exposures, soft images, eye popping colors and dynamic compositions combine to create an image that draws you in and stimulates your senses. In the digital darkroom, I do not manipulate or enhance my digital images, using the digital process only to give me more precise control over color and contrast, shadow and highlights. I use small apertures to achieve tremendous depth of field and long exposures that result from a combination of slow film speeds and low light levels.
