Artist Bio:

Handmade Paper Constructions! I start with recycled cotton and break it down into individual fibers. I hand dye the fibers with lightfast fiber dyes and then re-shape them using mostly handmade textures. I embellish my pieces with pen and ink, threads, and wood. Each construction is built inside a handmade 3" deep wooden shadowbox in an archival manner. I have such fun making my constructions... in my studio in Paso Robles, CA... for more than 25 years now!
