Artist Bio:

I am a self taught lapidary artist who began my journey 25 years ago in St. Petersburg, Florida as a simple rock enthusiast. I now live in Steamboat Springs, Colorado and work full time as an artist. My most successful venues are art shows followed by the several different Art Galleries which I am a member of. Currently, my son is working and traveling with me as my apprentice in hopes of one day becoming an artist himself and take on the family business.

Artist Statement:

I procure some of the finest fossils and minerals in the world and create unique one of a kind sculptures. Each sculpture is shaped, balanced, and polished into a final form that rotates at an axis making each side of the specimen viewable from all angles.
