Wax in Three PartsLUX Center for the Arts presents Ask for Directions, June 4 - 26.  The opening reception will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, June 4.  Anne Burton, LUX Artist-in-Residence, has created a series of brightly colored and whimsical paintings, prints, and sculptures for this solo exhibition.  Burton will give a brief talk at the reception and will be on hand to answer questions.

Exploring the Triptych: Wax in Three Parts continues through June 26.  In this group exhibition, International Encaustic Artists (IEA) members use the format of the triptych as a creative catalyst to make paintings with hot wax that have vivid colors and a variation of surfaces.
