Arts Associate: Programming, AmeriCorps

Mollie holds a BFA in Studio Art from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her mission is to help others in the community see the beauty in the world of the Arts. Mollie believes that everyone has a creative side and that it is important to take time to express one’s self. She is serving as an AmeriCorps member at the Lincoln Arts Council, sharing with us her experiences and her love for the arts. Mollie is practiced in many mediums with most of her interest being in Woodcut Printmaking. Her other areas of interest include: Intaglio, Screen printing, Papermaking, Bookmaking, Ceramics, Jewelry making and Crafting.

She enjoys being outdoors and taking her sweet little Millie dog on long walks. Mollie’s future plans are to go on to get her Master’s in Fine Art while continuing to see the best in the world that surrounds her.
