"I came to Lincoln 9 years ago to marry Rich Kern.  In my previous life in Texas, I served two terms as president of the Southeast Texas Arts Council and the Golden Triangle Writers Guild.    Lincoln is a pure delight—so much music and theatre and arts events!  Nobody could be bored here.  Among my favorite Lincoln events is the SouthPointe Arts Festival, so I was delighted to be asked to join the Council that produces it."

"I am also on the Friends of the Ross Board and am active in the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UNL.  I’ve appeared on stage at the Nebraska Rep, Lincoln Community Playhouse, and TADA.  I’ve been lucky to get to act in several video projects, a few commercials, and several feature-length films."
