Arts Are Basic is an aesthetic education outreach program for students, teachers and citizens of Nebraska. AAB provides workshop training for teachers and collaboration with artist-teachers to explore performances and works of art in the classroom and in performance halls. AAB is a partnership of the UNL Hixson-Lied College of Fine & Performing Arts, teaching artists, and participating schools and teachers.

The mission of the Lincoln Community Playhouse (LCP) is to create and promote quality theatrical experiences that meet the needs of the Lincoln area.
