Fourth Annual Craftacular Event
Chez Hay gave the city of Lincoln another successful handmade holiday event this year. On Wednesday, November 9, Chez Hay hosted the fourth-annual Craftacular event. It was an evening full of fun for more than 500 people in attendance. More than thirty local artists were on hand to sell their handmade gift items to shoppers eager to get a start on their holiday shopping. In addition to one-of-a-kind wares, attendees were treated to music from UNL School of Music violin duo Meredith Ramsay and Hannah Orr, and a visit from Santa!
The Lincoln Arts Council would like to extend a huge thank you to Craftacular co-founders Jen Landis and Jackie Ostrowicki for providing Lincoln with this unique handmade marketplace event, and for allowing the Lincoln Arts Council to be a part of it! We’d also like to thank the shoppers who came out to support our local artists. Last but not least, we’d like to extend our thanks to the attendees who purchased raffle tickets at the event – moneys from the Craftacular raffle helped raise programming support for the Lincoln Arts Council.
Thank you, Lincoln, for making the fourth annual Craftacular a tremendous success!
